Winston a dedicated guy who has spent many nights out in Wiltshire trying to capture something unusual  on this night several Chinese Lanterns were released by the Barge Inn - however its difficult to question this footage as the ball of light does appear to speed away into the horizon which is not the normal behaviour of a Chinese Lantern.
